Frequently Asked Questions

  • Question: What is the material of construction for the drying chamber?
Answer: The chamber is made from these grades of steel:

    • Europe EN1. 4404
    • USA AISI 316L
    • Russia GOST 03X17H14M3.
  • Question: What is the volume of the drying chamber?
Answer: The chamber volume is normally 27 – 60L but it is possible to build a production chamber that is 500L in volume.

  • Question: What is the maximum loading for the drying chamber?
Answer: Maximum loading of drying chamber is shown in the table below:

Drying chamber volume, lRaw materials loading volume, L
    MinMax
    253,758,75
    60921
    1001535
    50075175

For different substances, i.e. solids or liquids the loading values in the table remain constant.

  • Question: What engineering changes are permitted?
    Answer: Possible engineering changes include:

    • vacuum pump can be installed outside of the dryer
    • optional dust-free vacuum unloading/loading.
  • Question: What are the typical experimental parameters for the dryer?
Answer: Experimental drying results for different materials
